2. About Our Services

Vinmove Auto Transport is a licensed vehicle transport broker. We arrange for the transportation of vehicles by third-party motor carriers. Vinmove does not itself operate trucks or physically transport vehicles. Quotes provided through the Website are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to confirmation, carrier availability, route conditions, and vehicle condition. Final terms of transport are governed by the separate transport agreement and the carrier’s bill of lading.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or request services. The Website is intended solely for lawful use by individuals or businesses seeking vehicle transport services. You may not use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of Vinmove, its affiliates, or any third party.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You represent that all information you submit — including your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle details, and pickup and delivery addresses — is accurate and that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you provide. You agree to notify us promptly if you relinquish a telephone number you have given us.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions form part of these Terms and govern participation in the Vinmove Auto Transport text messaging program.

5.1 Program Name and Sender

The program is operated by Vinmove Auto Transport. All messages are sent by or on behalf of Vinmove Auto Transport.

5.2 Types of Messages You Will Receive

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Vinmove Auto Transport that may include: vehicle transport quotes and quote follow-ups; booking confirmations; pickup and delivery scheduling and status updates; carrier and driver coordination information; payment and invoice notifications; customer service responses; and promotional and marketing messages, including shipping offers, seasonal discounts, and service announcements.

5.3 How to Opt In

You may enroll in the program by:

• Entering your telephone number and checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on a quote or contact form at https://vinmove.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default, is not bundled with acceptance of these Terms, and is not required in order to submit the form or receive a quote.
• Texting the keyword START to a Vinmove published telephone number.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

5.4 Opt-In Disclosure

By providing your telephone number and affirmatively consenting, you agree to receive SMS quote updates, shipment notifications, customer service messages, and marketing messages from Vinmove Auto Transport. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

5.5 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, shipment status, and marketing preferences.

5.6 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Vinmove does not charge a fee for participation in the program. Any charges imposed by your wireless carrier are your responsibility. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

5.7 Opt-Out (STOP)

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from Vinmove. Upon receiving STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will send no further text messages to that number unless you opt in again. 5.8 Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance, or contact Vinmove Auto Transport at info@vinmove.com or (888) 551-6583.

5.9 Carrier Liability and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

5.10 Supported Devices

The program requires an SMS-capable mobile device with an active wireless plan. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

5.11 Privacy and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile telephone numbers are disclosed only to service providers acting on our behalf strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using or further disclosing that information for their own purposes. 5.12 Changes to the Program

Vinmove may modify or terminate the SMS program, or any of these SMS Terms, at any time. Where required by law, we will notify enrolled subscribers of material changes.

6. Telephone and Email Communications

By providing your telephone number, you consent to receive telephone calls from Vinmove Auto Transport regarding your quote request and shipment, including calls placed using automated technology where you have separately consented. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where disclosed and permitted by law. You may withdraw consent to marketing calls at any time by telling the representative or by emailing info@vinmove.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and content on this Website, including logos, trademarks, service marks, images, designs, video, graphics, documents, and software, are the exclusive property of Vinmove or its licensors. Use of such content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct and Restrictions
